Hit your enemy’s head with your enemy’s hands to reach either goal:

Either his head or your hands!

If the head breaks your dreams will come true

And, if the hands break you have kept your hands safe!

Pitcher or water? (Parts of an interview with Ahmad Shamlu- some 40 years ago)

… Pitchers can, of course, be quite precious.

But, what removes my thirst is the water.

Those who are interested in the design of the pitchers are not thirsty.

They are either pitcher sellers or those who pretend to be thirsty.
